What should you do when the neighbourhood porcupine decides to take up residence under your backyard deck? Obtaining the answer to this and many other questions about how people can positively coexist with wildlife in their community can be difficult for residents in many large urban areas.

The Calgary Area Wildlife Hotline will address this emerging need in Calgary by providing information, wildlife rescue, animal proofing and swift-response in order to increase community awareness about preventative measures and appropriate actions regarding wildlife/human encounters and to reduce the injury or death of wildlife.
