Smart Growth for Calgary aims to engage key decision makers and citizens in Calgary regarding how the city's design impacts the environment and the lives of Calgarians. A wide range of stakeholders will be involved in the development of a 'living website,' which will serve as a one-stop-shop for recent events, emerging issues, research and stakeholder perspectives regarding the growth of the city. The website is intended to provide a base for communication and understanding between stakeholders, and to stimulate collaboration to overcome the many complex barriers to sustainable communities.
