In Grande Prairie every year, large numbers of beverage containers are sent to the landfill rather than being recycled. Cory Tretiak plans to place recycling bins throughout the city and undertake a campaign to promote environmental awareness in the community. YES Grant funding will support Cory's efforts and help him to purchase and place the requisite bins and launch his community environmental awareness campaig.
