Good Life Community Bike Shop (Calgary) Cycling is an efficient and inexpensive alternative to driving. It is also an option that helps to reduce the amount of carbon emissions caused by vehicles. Since the creation of the Good Life Community Bike Shop, there has been an overwhelmingly positive response from Calgarians, demonstrating a keen appetite for the valuable support services the shop provides.

Results
The Good Life Summer Outreach Project will build upon the
success of the Good Life Bike Shop to continue helping people to choose cycling as a commuting
option. For a 6-month period, the Pedal Power Team will reach out to various
communities in Calgary with a mobile
bike mechanic and education unit to offer them tips on bike maintenance and to
promote cycle commuting awareness.
