Erin Cameron (Edmonton) Few people are aware that earthworms, abandoned by anglers after fishing expeditions, can cause significant damage to Alberta's forests. Erin Cameron will use her YES Grant to increase public awareness about the negative impacts of exotic earthworm invasions. Through posters, advertisements and the creation of a new website, Erin will educate anglers and provide incentive to dispose of worms in a more forest-friendly manner.
