The vision of Alberta Ecotrust Foundation is to build partnerships to create sustainable environmental benefits in our communities.

Established in 1991 by visionary individuals in the corporate and environmental NGO sector, Alberta Ecotrust was developed to bring together progressive corporations and pragmatic environmental organizations in the common cause of catalyzing and supporting grassroots community-based action to protect and preserve the environment. It continues to stand as a unique and innovative model of corporate and non-for-profit orgainzation partnership across Canada.
