Alberta Ecotrust created the Watershed Protectors Program in partnership with Petro-Canada to improve long-term watershed protection in Alberta.  The program provides assistance to local volunteer watershed stewards to work more effectively and collaboratively in their conservation and protection roles.  Suncor Energy  is proud to continue involvement in this important partnership. Using a team-based approach, this program helps Watershed Stewardship Groups to build capacity by equipping them with knowledge, tools and networking capability.
